Our Founder's Journey
My name is Sai Sukanya. Before I was an educator, I was a Mechanical Engineer. My world was built on logic, structure, and the way complex systems work together.
When I became a mother, my perspective shifted. I began looking for an educational environment that respected a child's natural development with the same precision I applied to engineering. I didn't just want a "daycare" — I wanted a prepared environment.
This quest led me to Montessori philosophy and inspired a STEAM lens within the classroom. I saw that Maria Montessori's methods naturally connect to scientific thinking, hands-on engineering, creative expression, and mathematical discovery.
I chose to leave my engineering career behind to become AMS-certified and open Tiny Tots Montessori in 2024. Today, I bring that same dedication to detail and love for structured growth to every child in my care in Marysville.
